A Blessed Day

We've had such a wonderful two days.

We had company this past week and the boy seems to freak out when company comes. He isn't himself and it becomes very stressful as he usually overly disobedient. But after all the company left we had a normal day yesterday, I was able to catch up on sleep and he played quietly, just being himself.

Today was an especially nice day. We made it church, early even! He enjoyed Sunday School as always but he was really enthusiastic and even started downstairs in the throng of people without me! He was eager to start!

We had a treat at the grocery store and he was such a good boy as we did a couple errands. Then we even went to the mall and had lunch at the Zellers cafe and he was again, such a good boy, ate his food without a fit or even bouncing about! Then we even shopped and he picked out a tank top and shorts on sale at Sears, took them to the counter, said thank you to me and then went back to the sales lady and said thank you to her too!!! Just such a sweet boy today.

We know Daddy (and others) pray for hard for us and it shows. Tomorrow he starts swimming lessons and I get to do laps or whatever while he is in class and then we can swim after. Then we are booked into the gym after that where the boy loves the childcare as they have so many cool toys and videos and usually wants me to go workout again as he doesn't want to leave!!!

And to top off tomorrow, there's a new Sally Ann opening up and hopefully we can find some great buys!!

Oh ya, and it has been +1C for a couple days, even through the nights and it has been melting which brings with it the hope of spring and a smile to my face!
