Baby Blues turned 3 last week (3??? what the heck???). Gramma Lynn and Uncle Brad came for the big event. Baby Blues was so excited that they were coming for his birthday! He actually understood his birthday this year which was fun. He knew he was getting presents and cake! He was so cute.
He LOVED having Uncle Brad here. Uncle Brad would toss him in the air, twirl him around, chase him, take him for walks. It was a nice break for me but great for Baby Blues :)
Gramma Lynn was great too because she would run through the water park (freezing cold!) with him!
Baby Blues got to go to the water park 4 days in a row! First with Uncle Brad, then with Gramma Lynn and Uncle Brad, then for his actual birthday and again for Canada Day! It was a goldmine week for splishin' and splashin'!
After everyone left, Baby Blues and I treated ourselves to a real train ride aboard VIA Rail for FREE!!!!! VIA has offered all CF members, veterans, and retired members and their families free travel in the month of July. Pretty much everything was booked but being out here in the boonies, we were able to get seats at the last minute! Thanks VIA Rail, we LOVED the trip to Great Gramma's house.
